Arkansas Weather

The old saying about AR weather is that if you don't like it, stick around a day and it will change. This has been one strange week. We are in the middle of a winter storm. Rain, Freezing Rain, Sleet, Ice, and supposedly snow. We'll see. I'm sure everyone bought the milk, bread, & eggs so they'd be stocked up just in case. I've wondered what one will do with milk, bread, & eggs. Sounds like a pretty lame meal, but I suppose it would be a good addition to a meal if you have other staples. Of course if we lose power, there will be no cooking because everything in this house is electric. I suppose there is candle cooking or fireplace cooking but not sure how productive that would be. I'm sure we wouldn't starve though. There is always peanut butter & jelly. Fortunately for us, Tom is not traveling this week. It's been great having him home. We don't realize how much we miss him when he's gone because it is just what it is. The boys & I just deal with life when he's gone but having him here this week has been great. He takes really great care of us, and we definitely let him when he's home! Thanks Tom for all that you do! We love you!
